Payment Term Rules ScopeSite offers four payment options at the same total project cost. There is no interest, no credit charge, no premium for spreading the cost. The Subtotal (Base Build + Add-ons) is the total project cost across all payment options: - Pay in Full: single payment of the Subtotal - 6-Month Contract: Subtotal divided by 6, paid monthly - 12-Month Contract: Subtotal divided by 12, paid monthly - Pay Monthly Service: tier-based subscription (see §7) Payment Term Restrictions SSR Monthly Floors: For Ultra Fast SSR builds on a 6 or 12-month spread plan, the monthly payment cannot fall below these minimum floors: - 6 Months: £600/month minimum - 12 Months: £400/month minimum If the calculated monthly figure falls below the floor, the spread plan defaults to the floor and the term shortens accordingly.
